About Louie…

Whitney and I came to Chapel Hill, like many others, for professional opportunities—she joined the faculty at UNC, and I began my role at NC State. We chose to make Chapel Hill our home because it offered the kind of vibrant, welcoming community where we could build a life and raise a family. Since then, our family has grown to include our two sons, and our connection to this town has deepened year after year.

I’m running for Town Council to help ensure that the strong sense of community, opportunity, and quality of life that brought us here—and that continues to enrich our lives—remains available to all residents and future generations.
